ISD Arthur & President Michael lead a delegation from Pantai Valley to RC Bukit Timah's Installation. The dinner was held on Friday 13th August 2004 at Conrad Hotel. The delegation stayed at the Swissotel (Formerly known as Westin). The delegation departed KL at 6.45am, and arrived in Swissotel at 11.15am. The entire delegation consisted of: Michael Foong (President), Dr. Arthur Samuel (International Svc Director) & Ann Romela, Keng (Hon.Secretary), Rtn Jim Looi, PP Lawrence Tan, Peter Ng, Sarah Foo, PP Mohamad.
