Fellow Rotarians,
Good afternoon. I am writing this message first to thank all those involved in the Medical Camp held in Taman Melawati yesterday, 10 Feb 2007 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Second to update the rest of the members who for whatever reasons could not be there on the event that took place yesterday.
A project that was mooted by our President at the start of his Rotary year was realised yesterday. Some of us have been involved in Medical Camps before but the fact that this particular project involved a politician, made it all the more....what is the right word.....ahh yes...CHALLENGING.

THANK YOU ALL VREY MUCH for being there and you help in everything you did.
A special THANK YOU goes out to my friend and our rotarian Isfahani Suki. She was the lady behind the scene who worked tirelously almost single handedly for most of the time behind the scene in getting this project off the ground and also putting up with the the demands of both RCPV and the MP & his team. THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU.
Special mention to our volunteers and friends of Rotary, Rotary AnnYew Hoon (and her friend), Viven, Maxine, Mas Diana, Peggy, Mohd Abdullah, Ai Lin, Sarah, Charlie Lim and Siow Hoong who helped in the coordination and movement of the patients. Thank you also to the members of the proposed Taylors Business School Rotaract Club who came early in the morning and stayed till the end to handle the registration of the patients.
Members of RCPV once again rose to the occassion and help make this a successful project. MAY THE GOOD LORD shower his blessings upon you.
As for the rest of our members, I am sure you were there is spirit. Thank you for your support.
Of course...as in any situation, there were some shortcomings, ommissions, harsh words, etc, etc. But that was part and parcel of the organisation of any activity. But to dwell on the negatives is a pure waste of energy and childish and it has never got man anywhere. It has always the positive that has always spurred and pushed man to greater heights.
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH from the bottom of my heart.
